Blog 41

So today we didn’t have English and it was a great day. I got to sleep in and do nothing until 3:30 when I had to go to Math class and then we got our midterms back and….I GOT A B!! I was so excited I went home and hung it on the fridge. Which is kind of lame but my roommates let me slide because they were happy for me too. We are kind of like our own little family we have our challenges but for the most part and at the end of the day we love each other. Like I’ve said before though I miss my real family and I’m very excited because next weekend my mom and I are going to Cleveland to visit my grandma and grandpa! They just moved into assisted living which is really hard for them so we are going up to visit and make them some friends around the place. I also am going to see one of my best friends Nikki. She lives up in Cleveland and has Thursday off so we are going to spend the entire day together. She is out of college and has a real job so she is basically working her life away and I am so glad that we both get a day off to just run around and act like we don’t have all the responsibilities that we really do. It’s wonderful but also sucks sometimes growing up.
